In March 2022, the Riverside Fire Department began creating a Strategic Plan to highlight their organization, daily operations, recent accomplishments, and future goals. They asked me to help compile the Strategic Plan, which included information and photos, into a comprehensive report. Before starting the design process, I met multiple times with Battalion Chief Brian Guzzetta.
